My Story

With a perspective that sees nutrition science as more than just physiology, I’ve embraced an approach that considers human behavior, psychology, and quality of life as an integrated whole.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a minor in Psychology at Istanbul Medipol University with a scholarship, and earned my MSc with high honors from Yeditepe University.

For three years, I worked as a academician in Istanbul, actively involved in teaching, clinical supervision, scientific research, and academic publishing.

In 2023, I received official recognition of my professional credentials in Germany. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Nutrition Psychology at Justus Liebig University Giessen, and offering online nutrition counseling.

My counseling approach is grounded in flexibility, sustainability, and psychological insight, far from rigid norms. By centering the mind-body connection, I support my clients in developing a more peaceful, liberated, and guilt-free relationship with food.
